I don't know who our landlady bought this house from, I'd like to find out.

She called Jack Dement's brother to take out the stuff and he came and took his own stuff and left Jack's things here. Apparently his sister was a mortician. When we were moving here, some old guy walked by and said: "did you know that there used to be funerals there and there was a mortuary in the basement?"

Before we moved, they just told us there were going to be books in the basement, but we didn't know what they were. We arrived and there were some boxes of Jack's stuff outside, getting rain. We moved them in and it was the teeth pictures. We also found documents, letters from his girlfriend...

A lot of stuff was taken away from here, there's some stuff at Reed's College. hey actually have a small nuclear reactor there. Also one of the guys, the handiman that remodeled the house I guess, his son kept some stuff. Our landlady threw some away, and she kept some.

We found some X-rays, we didn't know what it was, it looked like childrens' faces, and it turned out to be statues. We found pictures of him doing X-rays on the statues, I think he wanted to know what they were made of. He did some research on LSD too. He was the core doctor or scientist and they were trying to find out if people used LSD, we found some case studies.

About the radiation, I just was paranoid and worried about it, because we know that scientists back in the forties and the fifties they would do experiments where they would put men in a desert and explode a nuclear bomb to see the effects on them, and I thought we better check it out, because we didn't know what he was involved in. So we got it checked, and there was radiation. But it was very low, and it's not there anymore, it was removed.

There were all these chemicals, all burned, in the pit behind the panel where the radiation was. There were also lead gloves in there, and old weight-lifting equipments. The landlady didn't know about it, Jon and Cian were looking around and this patch of wall came out, somebody put all the stuff there, hid it there behind the wall, and did a lousy job, the board was just falling off the wall.

I want to go over to a pub and talk around, ask about him. We heard that his mother is still alive, we would like to interview her, she has to be really old now, almost a hundred, he was born in 1920. Actually, we're not sure if he really died.
