Found this name tag. It means “high little house” ;) Probably the last name of the family who built the house in the 30s and lived/vacationed there till 10 years or so ago when it became abandoned.

Learned from our electrician neighbor that this cable is very old, from when ground was not yet standardized as green & yellow. He says it’s still in perfectly good condition to be reused and will outlive us both.

It seems the facade of the main house was reinforced with several extra layers during the years. We can see them in this section that was cut and left open (I guess they wanted to install a new door?)
