The local wild plants here are foreigners to me. When it doesn&#8217;t I still have my thick reference book and search engines. Now I&#8217;m working on finding out what is the yellow flower. Rudbeckia? Arnica? Echinacea?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Update: the yellow flower is heliopsis. I found out the id from a person, not from an app or book. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I grew up in a whole different climate and continent.
