The garden exhibition space is opening a new show. Come by this Saturday to check the artwork by Mariana Zanetti

Mariana Zanetti‘s artwork is designed to be affected by the light shining on it, bringing attention to the processes of extinction currently affecting life on the planet, and in this specific case: fruit.
Drop by for snacks, drinks, possibly some grilling. And autumn celebration. We should have some ripe fruits from the garden as well and cucumber drinks made with a special cucumber.

#maxixe African cucumbers harvest of the day. They are very happy and productive in the planter. Super tasty and the leaves are also edible and very yummy.
Apple season
Blue cabbage. Not growing much but loving the colors.
Grapes swelling up
Almost done with the demolition. The house is now one third of the original size, will soon grow again to two thirds. The extra space freed is a prime spot for growing vegetables, and we can use some of the demolition wood to build planters. #crowperch #crowbar

Welcome committee for the demolition team (a fully grown summer garden hides well the rubble mess ;)

The old garden house slowly disappears.
Old windows carefully removed to be reinstalled in the new walls

Dahlia joy.

African cucumber blossoms are spilling outside the planter on all sides #maxixe
Wild raspberries. Small but tasty. We planted them next to the fence so they will provide gift snacks to people who stroll by.
